Return Policy for College and Technical School Bookstores:

IPT will accept the return of overstocked books for a refund that comply with the conditions listed below:

1. Please phone (888-808-6763), fax (780-962-4819), or email ( CLOAKING ) IPT to request a return authorization
   
   
2. A 20% restocking charge will apply
   
   
3. The invoice number, invoice date, as well as the book title and number of books must be included on the return form.
   
   
4. Books must be in original condition, and with no bookstore price stickers or sticker residue.
   
   
5. Books must be returned within six months of purchase, and/or be of the same printing as those currently being sold by IPT.
   
   
6. Bookstores are responsible for all shipping charges.
   
   
7. USA bookstores are responsible for all customs charges.
   
   
8. USA bookstores please mark the box “Canadian goods returned to Canada”.
