IPT Trades Training Concept

IPT's training concept was derived after consultation with trades instructors, training coordinators, and plant maintenance supervisors. The Training Manuals, with identical contents to the Handbooks, are larger in size and are spiral bound for classroom convenience. They have comprehensive questions at the end of each section, along with a separate answer book.

We recommend using the Handbooks and Training Manuals together for best learning results. The Training Manuals, with their comprehensive section-by-section questions, are excellent for study while the Handbooks when carried in the toolbox or pocket are reinforcement of classroom study and an instant on-the-job reference.
